Expiry reminders
Every record with an expiry date gets 2 or 3 reminders, for example 30, 7 and 1 days before. They show in the app, as notifications on devices where they are on, and as alarms in a calendar export.
Search inside files
Upload a PDF, photo, spreadsheet or Word file, or scan pages with a phone camera. The text inside is read so you can search it, along with titles and tags.
Folders, tags and versions
File records into folders and subfolders, tag them, and keep every version of a document with who uploaded it and when.
Approvals and e-signing
Send a document for approval or signature and see who has acted on it. Paid plans.
Audit trail and roles
Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer roles decide who can change what, and every change is logged on the record.

- Trucks/<unit>: Registration & title, Insurance, Inspections, Maintenance & repairs, Permits, Pay statements.
- From Mansa Invoices: pay statements, driver MVRs, fuel and IFTA reports and load documents can be filed into Drive in one step.
Give each CDL, medical card, cab card, inspection report and insurance certificate its expiry date, and the reminders do the rest. Mansa Drive keeps and reminds; it does not decide whether a file meets FMCSA or DOT rules.

Questions about Mansa Drive
How can I track CDL and DOT medical card expirations automatically?
Add each licence and medical card to the driver’s folder in Mansa Drive with its expiry date. Mansa then reminds your team 2 or 3 times before it expires, for example 30, 7 and 1 days ahead, in the app, as a device notification and in your calendar. Renewing the date starts the reminders again.
How do I replace a spreadsheet expiry tracker?
Upload the documents your spreadsheet lists, or add them as records with their expiry dates, and Mansa Drive becomes the tracker. Each record keeps the file, its versions, who owns it and its history, and the register can be exported to CSV whenever you need a list. Nobody has to remember to check a sheet.
Can I search the text inside scanned documents?
Yes. When you upload a file, Mansa Drive reads the text inside it so you can search for a name, number or phrase. Text PDFs are read in your browser. Photos and scanned pages are read by Anthropic’s Claude AI, and a company can switch that off. Search also covers titles and tags.
Who can see and change the documents?
Only members of your company. Each person has a role: Owner, Admin, Editor or Viewer. Viewers can read but not change records, and every change is written to the record’s audit trail with who made it and when. Passwords kept in the vault are encrypted end to end, so Mansa cannot read them.
How much does Mansa Drive cost?
The Free plan covers 50 documents and 3 team members, with expiry reminders and version history. Paid plans are $15 a month for 1 to 5 users and $30 a month for 6 or more, with unlimited documents. Taken together with Mansa Invoices, both are 20% off. Tax and card fees are shown before payment.
